Much Ado About Nothing

Tickets are now on sale for Much Ado About Nothing at St Luke’s
The St Luke’s School Drama Production for 2012 is the wonderful Shakespeare comedy of errors, Much Ado About Nothing. This production, directed by award winning Australian actress and director, Anne Looby, showcases the acting talents of St Luke’s students from Years 7 to 11, who have been rehearsing a couple of times a week since the beginning of Term 4 last year.
According to Delia Hughes, the play’s producer and Head of Drama at St Luke’s, this traditional play which is part of the current school curriculum, has been transposed into a contemporary and meaningful setting – especially with the moral dilemmas that Much Ado About Nothing introduces. In addition, it’s a great introduction to Shakespeare for students.
When: 7.30 pm on Wednesday 14 March, Thursday 15 March and Saturday 17 March 2012
