• GATEway 8 Success

  Recently, St Luke's Grammar School saw 6 teams compete in the annual GATEway 8 Challenge at Macarthur Anglican School over three days. Students completed challenges for Maths, Art, Linguistics, Music, Writing and Science/Technology along the theme of Action and Reaction. It was pleasing to see all students engaged in these high-level tasks and they received many compliments on their behaviour.
  
  We achieved some outstanding results including: Year 5 team: 3rd in Linguistics; Year 6 team: 1st in Linguistics, 2nd in Maths and Science, 2nd overall; Year 8 team: 2nd in English; Year 9 team: 1st in Music and Art, 3rd in Science, 1st overall; Year 10 team: 1st in Maths, 2nd in Science, 3rd in English, 3rd overall.
