The St Luke's P&F Association is constituted to maintain, promote and advance the interest and welfare of the School. It endeavours to provide the School with amenities and equipment and through its activities, to maintain and develop the interest and goodwill of parents, friends, students and staff.
The Association holds general meetings each term. The annual general meeting is held in Term 4 when a report, audited balance sheet and statement of accounts is tabled, auditors are appointed and office bearers of the Executive Committee are elected. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend each general meeting.
The Executive Committee, the controlling and administrative body of the Association, meets monthly and consists of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of the Junior School and P&F Manager are ex-officio members.
The P&F Association has sub-committees aimed at providing support to a number of areas of the School and encouraging widespread parent involvement. These committees do not involve themselves in matters of curriculum, teaching or school policy but provide significant support in terms of personnel and funds.

All fund-raising by parents in the School is under the auspices of the P&F Association. Additionally the P&F Executive Committee draws up an overall budget which reflects priorities and needs of the School and students.
Two major initiatives of the P&F are the School Uniform Shop and the Canteen.
A significant part of the P&F financial support to the school has been in relation to capital development. The Association was a major donor in relation to the hall (Stage 1 of the Master Plan) and, in addition to allocating funds to Stage 2, also funded a large portion of the computer laboratory and the provision of a second computer laboratory during 1998. In 2000, Stage 3 of the Master Plan (the Junior Centre) was opened, and Stage 4 (the Resource Centre) commenced operation early in 2002. In 2003 to 2005, the P&F Association was a major supporter of the Link Project. This project provided new rooms for the Middle School, computer labs, year 12 common room and the renewing of the Junior School rooms and offices. The Link Project was completed and opened in Term 4 2005. In 2006 funds were provided to purchase information and technology equipment and classroom fitouts including interactive whiteboards.
