School Communication
St Luke's values effective communication with all School families. Communication mainly occurs via:
- The Grammar News - the School's weekly Newsletter. A copy of the current Grammar News is emailed to all School families or may be accessed online via the Wiki in our Edumate Portal (password required). To submit an announcement, particularly relating to student achievement, please contact the Grammar News team at grammarnews@stlukes.nsw.edu.au
- Personal Interaction - via telephone, letter or personal interview, regarding matters affecting a student's welfare. The School invites families to please contact the School when various issues or concerns need to be addressed.
- SMS - the School sends SMS messages, from time to time, mainly in cases of student absence or urgent matters/updates.
- Edumate Portal - contains information on student academic progress, homework, assignments and welfare information. Contact ICT via email or complete the online form to sign up to the Edumate portal or to receive assistance accessing the portal.
- Student Diary - each student in Years 3 to 12 is issued with a School Diary, to be signed by parents on a weekly basis.
- Student Reports - sent to parents/guardians at the end of each Semester.
